Your first visit will be an Initial Evaluation lasting about one hour. During this session, we’ll review your medical history, discuss your current concerns, and explore your personal goals. We’ll conduct a thorough clinical exam to assess pain, range of motion, strength, functional movement, nervous system function, and screen for any red flags. We usually wrap up with some initial treatment and a custom care plan—including a timeline for healing. You’re always in control—we provide expert recommendations, but we work with you to build a plan that feels right for your lifestyle and your budget.

Great question—and one we hear often. Choosing a cash-based clinic means you get care that’s built around you, not an insurance company. We’re able to spend more time with each client, offer treatments that insurance might not cover, and design a plan focused on results, not red tape. Many of our clients come to us after feeling frustrated or stuck in the traditional system—and find they get better, faster, and stay better longer.
-
Our care model is built on quality, not quantity. You won’t be passed between providers, juggled in a busy gym, or given cookie-cutter exercises. Every session is 100% one-on-one with a highly trained PT who’s fully focused on your body, your progress, and your goals. We also use advanced techniques like dry needling, manual therapy, nervous system regulation, and functional movement retraining to treat the root cause of your symptoms—not just the surface pain.
-
Actually, many clients find it’s more cost-effective. Because our care is more focused and personalized, you may need fewer sessions to achieve real results. That means fewer appointments, fewer co-pays, and less time wasted on low-value visits. When you factor in the cost of ongoing pain, re-injury, or time away from work or activities you love, the investment in quality care pays off.
-
It depends on your goals, your condition, and your starting point—but our clients typically need fewer sessions than in a traditional clinic. That’s because every visit is one-on-one with a skilled PT using the most effective strategies, without being limited by insurance approvals. After your evaluation, we’ll map out a treatment plan with clear expectations, timelines, and milestones so you always know what to expect.
